We prefer to make appointments in advance to ensure the best possible care and avoid long waits. In case of emergency, please contact us by phone or via instagram.

We accept payments in cash, credit cards and bank transfers. It is also possible to spread the payment into installments - the details are agreed individually with the patient.

Yes, we offer different types of anesthesia, including local anesthesia, for the comfort of our patients. Our team will thoroughly discuss the available options with you before the procedure begins.

Yes, our clinic also specializes in pediatric dentistry. We provide a friendly and stress-free atmosphere to make every child feel comfortable during their visit.

Our clinic is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and on Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. In case of emergency, it is possible to make an appointment outside standard opening hours.

After surgical procedures, we recommend avoiding food and drink for at least two hours, using cold compresses on the face, avoiding intense physical exertion and taking prescribed medications. Detailed instructions will be given to you after surgery.

Two days before your scheduled visit, you will receive a system SMS with a confirmation/cancellation link. If there is no confirmation by 6:00 pm the day before, the visit is automatically canceled.

When making an appointment of 2 hours or more, or for a series of 3 visits and more, an advance payment of PLN 200 may be charged. This advance payment will be deducted upon completion of treatment at the last visit.

If the appointment is canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, or if you do not show up for the appointment, the deposit will be forfeited.

Please keep the receipt with the down payment, which is necessary for any refund.

Patients with herpes are asked to inform the registration when confirming their appointment.
